🔮 Overview

Are you ready to supercharge your productivity and achieve your goals? Running your own local GSD (Get Sh*t Done) accountability group is a great way to stay accountable, motivated, and focused on your tasks. You also get the added benefits of expanding your network, connecting others, and improving your own productivity.

🫡 Expectations

  1. Run bi-weekly in-person GSD sessions (e.g. see Oaxaca GSD)
  2. Host your own Zoom room for virtual GSD sessions, whenever the opportunity presents itself for your group
  3. Create and facilitate an engaged online group (e.g. Slack/WhatsApp/etc — just choose one)

The idea behind these groups is that they should support work you’re already doing. When done right, these groups can be very light-touch, and not require too much of your time or attention.

After around 50 members, people will start self-organizing and start to run or lead things on their own. Your role is to setup the culture.

📝 Requirements

In order to run a local GSD group, you must:

You will then be given relevant access and have full autonomy over your local group, within the broader guidelines of GSD Global.
