Running your own local GSD (Get Sh*t Done) accountability group is a great way to stay accountable, motivated, and focused on your tasks. You also get the added benefits of expanding your network, connecting others, and improving your own productivity.
The idea behind these groups is that they should support work you’re already doing. When done right, these groups can be very light-touch, and not require too much of your time or attention.
After around 50 members, people will start self-organizing and start to run or lead things on their own. Your role is to setup the culture.
